Cool Mama Hotel Salzburg

The hotel provided good prices. Everything was excellent, however we stayed for 3 nights only.

I loved the place due to very good location and staff. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Hagenaustrasse bus stop.

Better choose this place to stay when in Salzburg. We stayed here for 3 nights and we appreciated our choice. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

That breakfast was missing.

By and large, it was interesting place for sightseeing in Salzburg, had much fun. We liked our room that was cleaned and available with great view and excellent shower plus a large bathtub.

It was a such great experience, I truly enjoyed staff and rooms.

Disappointing aspect was not very clean bathroom.

We had a nice at this hotel : magnificent location and accommodating staff. The venue had an excellent restaurant on the top floor.

Well, no breakfast.

Every detail was fab from the beginning, including staff and rooms, I liked it. The room was cleaned and available with amazing view and excellant shower, for example.

We liked location and food of this brand-new hotel. The room was functional with a mountain view.

Staff and food were great and I especially liked that the place was impeccably clean. The room suited my needs, compact with great views.

Reasonably priced hotel, nice beds, air conditioned rooms. The service was fantastic and the pool was nice. Pleasant view, nice bar - everything was really good.

Rooms were incredibly comfortable, breakfast was delicious staff was really helpful. Booked a room with absolutely fabulous views. The staff did all they can for an excellent stay. Facilities were perfect too.

Tidy hotel and rooms and a comfy location. Plenty of appetising options for meal. The staff were eager to help and smiled at me. Cozy venue, 0.5 miles from W. A. Mozart airport.

Super comfortable and tidy rooms, simply delicious breakfast, just wonderful staff. Our room had a soft bed and a spectacular view. The hotel was beautifull and the roof top restaurant was panoramic. Having different complimentary drinks in the outdoor bar was a very nice touch.

We loved this new hotel and had a VERY COMFORTABLE time. Staff was always available and the venue was fairly clean. The bed was super comfortable and room was nonsmoking and very excellent. Had really delicious breakfasts with amazing view over salzburg.

The setting was pretty bad.

ideal location, spacious enough and spotless, non smoking rooms. found in the industrial area. the restaurant had outstanding food. i used private parking onsite. plus their wifi was fast.

The hotel staff was a bit rude.

Our favourite hotel in Salzburg, staff was helpful! We enjoyed the gorgeous view. Room was an overall value for money.
